Ride Pine Flow Mountain Biking

My daughters absolutely love Gail. She is great with kids and adults alike. She is very patient. My girls are confident and strong riders because of her.

Just wrapped up an incredible bike ride at Mt. Laguna and it was an awesome experience! Riding with Gail is always fun, energizing, and unforgettable every time. Whenever I’m in San Diego, I make sure to save out time for a ride with her on the trails. Ride on!

We absolutely love Ride Pine Flo! She’s amazing with the kids, keeps things fun while helping them build confidence and really progress in their skills. My boys are 10 & 13 and we’ve been with RPF for almost 2 years now. You can tell she genuinely cares about each rider and makes every session something they look forward to. Highly recommend her for anyone looking to grow their kids’ love for mountain biking!

Great classes and the best instructor!

Gail is top notch in her teaching craft with kids of all ages. My son has fallen in love with mountain biking through her class and has been able to work on targeted skills under her guidance. Would highly recommend to any age level!
